Locke arrives in Hong Kong 16 May to kick off the Obama administration's first cabinet-level trade mission. The Clean Energy Mission is composed of 46 American business executives from more than 30 U.S. companiestrade organizations. Following the Hong Kong visit, the delegation will travel onward to Shanghai, Beijing of China,Jakarta of Indonesia.
