Turkısh June Gold Jewelry Exports Down 5.97% On Year
Turkey's gold jewelry exports in June fell 5.97% on the year to 3.660 metric tons, data from the General Secretariat of the Istanbul MineralMetals Exporters' Association showed Monday.
In June 2009, gold jewelry exports totaled 3.892 tons.
In January to June, gold jewelry exports rose 5.20% on the year to 25.472 tons from 24.212 tons in the same six months of last year.
In 2009, gold jewelry exports fell 40.4% on the year to 49.793 tons from 83.496 tons.
