Turkısh Treasury Sells Try784.6m Of 3-year Fıxed-coupon Bond

The Turkish treasury Monday said it has sold 784.6 million Turkish lira ($524.4 million) of a three-year fixed-coupon bond at an auction.


Nominal bids totaled TRY1.165 billion in the auction, with an average compound interest rate of 10.26%.

In the non-competitive fixed-price sales before the auctions, or ROT sales, the treasury sold TRY100 million of three-year fixed-coupon bond to primary dealer banks, but didn't sell any to public institutions.

Including the ROT sales, the treasury's borrowing totaled TRY884.6 billion Monday.

The treasury previously said it will reopen 630-days, discount state notessell five-year, CPI-linked state notes May 4.
