Turkısh Central Bank Sells Try500 Mıllıon At 6.89% In Repo
Turkey's central bank Thursday boosted market liquidity by selling 500 million Turkish lira ($336.9 million) in a repurchase agreement auction.
Bids totaled TRY2.410 billion. The average simple interest rate was 6.89%the average compound rate was 7.13%.
The repo matures April 29.
At the last repo, held Wednesday, the central bank sold TRY500 million at an average simple interest rate of 6.87%. ,
