Turkısh Central Bank Sells Try500 Mıllıon At 6.87% In Repo
Turkey's central bank Wednesday boosted market liquidity by selling 500 million Turkish lira ($337.4 million) in a repurchase agreement auction.
Bids totaled TRY1.680 billion. The average simple interest rate was 6.87%the average compound rate was 7.11%.
The repo matures April 28.
At the last repo, held Tuesday, the central bank sold TRY500 million at an average simple interest rate of 6.87%.
