Poland Flood

epa02169611 Under threat.  High rise apartment blocks are threatened by rising floodwater at a housing estate in Wroclaw 23 May 2010. While water levels are beginning to go down in the south of the country  rivers are now taking the floodwaters north. The south-western Polish city of Wroclaw has been partially flooded following the bursting of a dyke on the Sleza river, a tributary of the Oder.
