Turkish paper packaging company Isiklar Yatirim Holding's (ISAMB.IS) foundry unit Cemas Dokum Sanayi AS said Thursday that it has set a share price at 2.14 Turkish lira ($1.36) in its initial public offering.
The bids will be received June 24, June 25June 28, it said in a statement.
The company plans to list a 35.48% share of its capital through the IPO. Cemas will increase its issued capital to TRY23.250 million from TRY15 million.
Last week, the company said it would complete its IPO by the end of June at the latest.
