Clotilde Reiss who was arrested on 1st July 2009 at Teheran airport on spying charges spent the bulk of the last year in Iranian detention, reported the French government. A sentence of 10 years was commuted 15 May to a fine of 3 billion rials (300,000 dollars), the ISNA news agency reported.
