Turkish Economy Minister Ali Babacan said Tuesday the rise in the country's industrial production points to continued economic recovery.
Turkish industrial production grew in April , rising 17 . 0% in annual terms , data from the national statistics institute TUIK showed earlier Tuesday .
However , economists had expected industrial production to increase 18 . 2% in April .
