epa02181397 Two of eight tapestries are on display during the exhibit 'The Loves of MercuryHerse. A Tapestry Series by Willem de Pannemaker' at the Prado Museum, in Madrid, Spain, 31 May 2010. It is the first time that all eight of these masterpieces, which are considered to be some of the finest pieces of tapestry ever woven, are to be shown together. Two of the 16th-century tapestries belong to the Prado. Two others are on loan from the New York Metropolitan, while the remaining pieces come from three private Spanish collections. The exhibit runs from 01 June to 26 September 2010.  EPA/ANGEL DIAZ
