epa02123646 As european goverments re-assess their stance on airspace closures , the departures hall at Hamburg airport remained virtually desolate early 19 April 2010 with all flights remaining cancelled .   The air transport watchdog IATA said that governments have been highly unprofessionall in their management of assessing risk levels from the cloud of volcanic ash covering European skies .
