Turkish private lender Is Bank (ISCTR.IS) said Monday its board hasn't taken a decision to sell its 20.85% stake in Arab-Turkish joint venture Arap-Turk Bankasi AS.
Is Bank was responding to Turkish media reports about the stake sale.
Is Bank shares closed the first session of Istanbul Stock Exchange unchanged from Friday at TRY5.75 amid a 0.27% lower overall market. Trading in the second session will start at 1100 GMT.
