epa02127469 CD&V chairwoman Marianne Thyssen talks to the press in a hall of the Belgian chamber at the federal parliament in Brussels, Belgium, 22 April 2010. Belgium?s coalition government fell apart on Thursday as the country?s Dutch-French-speaking political parties hit deadlock over the division of the Brussels electoral district, local media reported. The decision by the Dutch-speaking liberal party, Open VLD, to quit the five-party coalition leaves Dutch-speaking premier Yves Leterme with a razor-thin parliamentary majority but little realistic chance of long-term survival.  EPA/BENOIT DOPPAGNE BELGIUM OUT
