Turkey's Anel: German Fırm Ralos Buys 5% Stake In Unıt

  Turkey-based telecommunications infrastructure company Anel Telekomunikasyon Elektronik Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A . S . ( ANELT . IS ) said Wednesday its energy unit Anel Elektrik Proje Taahhut ve Ticaret A . S . has signed a partnershipstock transfer protocol with German company Ralos New Energies AG ( BGH . XE ) , or Ralos .

In a statement to the Istanbul Stock Exchange , Anel Telekomunikasyon said Ralos has purchased a 5% stake in Anel Elektrik for EUR470 , 000 .

Ralos has an option to increase its stake in Anel Elektrik to 50% within two years , Anel Telekomunikasyon said in its statement .
