epa02191882 Around 2,000 people take part in a rally in Zaragoza, northeastern Spain, on 08 June 2008 during the 24-hour civil servantspublic sector's staff strike called on 08 June 2010 in Spain. Civil servantspublic sector's staff protest against the public sector wage cut passed by Government to reduce the public deficit. Government approved a measure to cut an average of five percent in the public sector wages. Trade unions reported the 75,3 percent of Civil servantspublic sector's staff have taken part in the strike whereas Government official sources have informed only 11 percent of the workers joint the strike so far.
