epa02192183 An aerial picture made on 08 June 2010 shows emergency personnel placing sandbags to reinforce a dyke along the flooding river Hernad near Ocsanalos, 193 kms northeast of Budapest, Hungary. So far some 2,000 people have been evacuated from their homes in the region because of the floods of three riversseveral brooks which burst their banks due to several days' of torrential rains.
