epa02203700 A commemorative plaque stands , the Lohse park is supposed to be developed in Hamburg , Germany , 15 June 2010 . The landscape architect office Vogt from Zurich has won the competition on the design of the Lohse park at Hamburg ' s new city area called Hafencity . Next to green areas , the plan also entails a construction of a memorial , which shall remember the murdered Jews , SintiRoma that were kidnapped from Hamburg during World War II . The memorial is planned at the former ground of the Hanover train station , thousands of people were sent into death .
