Micheline Calmy-Reyher Spanish counterpart Miguel Angel Moratinos arrived in Tripoli late 12 June. Their official trip was organized after the release on 10 June of the Swiss businessman Max Goeldi, who was at the centre of a dispute between LibyaSwitzerland. Calmy-Reyand her Libyan counterpart Moussa Koussa, signed an agreement 13 June on the relations between the two countries, according to local media sources, no details of the agreement were immediately available.  EPA/SABRI ELMHEDWI
