Fıle South Afrıca Car Crash

epa02196107 ( FILES ) A file photo dated 19 March 2009 of the ex-wife of former South African President Nelson Mandella ,  Winnie Madikizela-Mandela taken at the Mandela House museum in Soweto . It is widely reported that Winnie was travelling in a car that was involved in a crash in which one of Nelson ' s Mandela ' s great granddaughters was killed . 13 year old Zenani Mandela had earlier attended the Kick Off concert in Johannesburg .
