epa02176739 A local walks along the embankment in the town of Ratzdorf, northern Germany as a water gauge house records a water level of 6.28 metres 28 May 2010. The high water has reached the highest level in southern Brandenburgthe flood peak has passed the village of Ratzdorf at the German-Polish border.
