According to a new figure released by NEBE , the ruling Ethiopian People ' s Revolutionary Democratic Front ( EPRDF ) led by Prime Minister Meles Zenawi won 93 per cent of the seats . Earlier the same day , thousands of EPRDF supporters gathered in capital to celebrate the coalition ' s landslide victoryto protest against international criticism that the elections have been ' unfair ' .
