A massive clean-up was under way in the central Ratchaprasong area, Bangkok's ritziest shoppinghotel district,thousands of anti-government protestors had camped April 3 to May 19along the streets of the financial district of Silom,other affected areas,battles between protesterssoldierspolice had taken place.
