epa02163857 South Korean Foreign Minister Yu Myung-hwan addresses a luncheon lecture at the European Union Chamber of Commerce in Seoul, 19 May 2010. During his remarks he said an examination of the salvaged wreck of the South Korean warship, the Cheonan, showed it was sunk in March by a 'strong underwater explosion generated by the detonation of a torpedo.'  This is the first time the South Korea government has pointed the finger  at North Korea for the sinking of one of its warships.  EPA/YNA
