epa02159153 Thai anti government red shirt protesters fortify a barricade while Bangkok streets burn as protesters battle Thai soldiers who are preventing them entering  the red shirts protest site   in Bangkok, Thailand, 16 May  2010.Gunfireexplosions rung through the Bangkok business district as the violence entered its fourth day. Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva postponed on 16 May the new school term for a weeka planned curfew announced earlier in the day has been cancelled as the death toll from three days of urban warfare rose to 24.  The new measures followed days of violent confrontations between troopsthousands of anti-government protestors who have been occupying the streets of the central commercial district since April 3.  EPA/BARBARA WALTON
