epa02127958 An undated NASA/Boeing handout of Boeing staff working on the prototype of robotic X-37B 'space plane' in Huntington Beach, USA. The plane resembles a small space shuttle, but is not designed to carry humans. It's wingspan is a mere 4.5 metres with a length of 8.9 metres, US Air Force said. It is powered through batteriessolar cells. A launch window is scheduled on 22 April 2010, 23:52 GMT for an unmanned flight of uncertain time. The X-37B is designed for space missions of up to 270 days in low orbit.  EPA/R. DAVIS / HO  EDITORIAL USE ONLY/NO SALES
