Tensions are mounting in the Thai capital as at least three five-star hotels in the Rachaprasong area closed 20 April, announcing plans to stay shut until 25 April, citing safety concerns as thousands of protesters continue to occupy the areablock it forcing hundreds of shops in the high end district to also stay closed.
