epa02126500 Paramedicsrescue workers load an unidentified patient into an ambulance after the wreckage of the South African antique luxury Rovos Rail train which derailed outside Pretoria, South Africa, 21 April 2010. Three people including a womanher newborn baby were killed in the accident. Safety inspectors said it appeared that the accident occurred as the train was changing from an electrical locomotive to the Rovos Rail's steam engine. Another five people were reported to be critically injurednine others seriously hurt in the accident. Thirty-five people sustained minor injuries. Rovos Rail was established in 1989offers unique train safaris through the heart of Africa. The company runs two trains with a passenger capacity of 72 each.  EPA/STR
