epa02125906 Policemen detain a senior leader of the moderate faction of All Parties Hurriyat Conference in central Srinagar, the summer capital of Indian Kashmir, 21 April 2010. Police detained the organisers of a seminar in connection with their plans to play out recorded speeches of Lashkar-e-Toiba chief Hafiz Muhammad Saeedfounder of militant group Jaish-e-Muhammad Masood Azhar on Kashmir issue. Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) leader, Javed Ahmed Mir, was also arrested along with the organisers. Police detained five persons in this connection as a standard rule that no meeting espousing a secessionist cause is allowed under the law.  EPA/FAROOQ KHAN
