epa02126195 (FILE) A file picture dated 14 December 1998 shows International Olympic Committee (IOC) President Juan Antonio Samaranch during a press conference at the IOC headquarter in Lausanne, Switzerland. Former IOC president Samaranch died on 21 April 2010 at the age of 89. The Quiron Hospital in Barcelona said Samaranch died after being admitted with heart problems. Samaranch headed the IOC from 1980 to 2001. He retired as the second-longest serving president in the history of the IOC.  EPA/FABRICE COFFRINI
