epa02126231 (FILE) A file picture dated 15 February 2000 shows former president of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Juan Antonio Samaranch visiting the Olympic Stadium in Syndey, Australia. Former IOC president Samaranch died on 21 April 2010 at the age of 89. The Quiron Hospital in Barcelona said Samaranch died after being admitted with heart problems. Samaranch headed the IOC from 1980 to 2001. He retired as the second-longest serving president in the history of the IOC.  EPA/CLARKE
