After several days of standstill, planes at Frankfurt International Airport are allowed to startland under special terms. Lufthansa plans around 140 flights for the day. Also Condor, Air Berlinother airlines are allowed to send carriers back up into the air. The planes are steered after visual flight rules during takeofflanding, wherefore there is a special permit.
