epa02119588 A member of the public experiences an installation made up of pods entitled ' All Heads Turn As The Hunt Goes By ' as a projection entitled ' The Arrival Vengeance ' is played in the background , at a multimedia ' conceptual circus ' entitled ' HopeGlory ' by Hong Kong-based artist Simon Birch , Hong Kong , China , 16 April 2010 . The show is the first of its kind in the city which is often criticized as a cultural desert . ' HopeGlory ' is sponsored by the ' Mega Events Fund ' , a newly formed Hong Kong Government Tourism Commission initiative . The show runs from 08 April to 30 May 2010 .  EPA/ALEX HOFFORD
