A city shopping center located sculpture called The Face is situated behind them . Thousands of red shirts are occupying Ratchaprasong intersection vowing to continue their protests after the 10 April violence with the army which claimed 22 livesinjured over 800 . Shops in this main touristsbusiness district have been forced to close .
