Voting in Sudan ' s first open elections in 24 years was extended two days to allow voters more time as delays marred the first two days of polling .  Sudanese President Omar al Bashir who is easily expected to win the presidential racewhose National Congress Party is expected to do well in the elections has extended a hand to opposition parties to participate closely in the governing of the country .  EPA/MIKE NELSON
