epa02117542 Professor Gyoergy Abraham of Budapest University of TechnologyEconomics ( BUTE ) , looks at spectacle ' s special lenses designed to correct colour-deficiency in his laboratory in Budapest , Hungary , 13 April 2010 . Through the lenses , Professor Abrahamhis team at Department of Mechatronics , OpticsEngineering Informatics have achieved significant results in the correction of dyschromatopsia , a defect of vision in which the retina responds to only two of the three primary colors , which is a condition that 200 million people throughout the world have . These corrective lenses influence neural processes of the brain through a thin optic vacuum layer applied on the lenses .
